What would you highlight about Issara by D Hostel

Wonderful

It's my second time.to stay in Issara D Hostel. Staffs are always working hard and very polite and kind. Beautiful swimming pool and local vibe alleys. Always satisfied with the nice breakfast. I had good time there for 5 nights likewise.

It's not hostel's fault, but when I got there at first night, There were Chinese young couple had intercourse and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I told them to stop but how can it be possible in 2023? I think receptionist make guests aware the rules. Do not bother others.

Loved it!

Even though it is a hostel, it’s quiet during night time. Considering it is a hostel, it is clean. Swimming pool is a bonus. And lounge area is great!

Amazing quality, excellent value for money.

Great rooms, box style pods in the dorms, each with curtain, light and power outlet. Also lockers outside the rooms. Shower facilities were excellent! Lovely that guests get to use the pool which is shared with the hotel next door.

The place is very nice, and clean, rooftop is amazing, and breakfast is good, and the price value it's very nice

The hour from swimming pool, sometimes I want to swim when I come back to big walking day but I can't because passed 8pm . No weed and alcohol on rooftop

Wonderful

Very clean for a hostel with only 1 female toilet/shower per floor. Good value good location.

The laundry machine/ dryer didn't work properly. There is no place in air con to sit down. Roof top or an outside area which makes it hard when it is really hot. Very small dorms.

Great place would come again.

Great breakfast with all you can eat buffet to set you up for the day. Good air con, very friendly and helpful staff who would do anything to help. Within easy walking distance to the grand Palace. Lovely pool was a godsend in the heat.

The layout of the bathroom area having curtains instead of doors and being on the stairs means that although I was in a female dorm, the bathroom area felt a bit exposed. Doors where the curtains are would fix this.

Comfy beds, enough privacy, nice pool to chill, good airco, fun rooftop with view, strong wifi

Just 1 toilet and 1 shower for many rooms so sometimes a little queue. Not a lot of space in tge room for all the luggages but manageable

Wonderful

The place was clean and comfortable, great for solo travelers on a budget. It's also only a few minutes walk away from major tourist attractions.

There's only one shower per floor so you have to wait your turn.

Wonderful

I liked their hostel overall. It looks nice, they have a swimming pool, there is a place where you can eat. Personal was very polite and helpful. When I came they gave directly a small map with the main attractions, it was useful. My room itself was quite good as well, there is an AC, I had clean bed linen and towel, individual light and a rozet, so I liked it.

The only thing that there, incide the building, was quite hot. There is no AC, only fans in the hanging out zone. Oh, one more thing, not enough shower rooms, but they are clean

I stayed next to the road room 305, it was very noisy but when I asked others in the hostel, they were fine. Lack of toilet and showers. Only one shower and toilet for one gender each floors.

Nice beddings and room orientation.

The shared bathrooms allowed one gender each floor to take a bath at a time. More stalls for a shared bathroom for multiple stayers in each floor would be nice.

What would you highlight about Issara by D Hostel

Had a great stay. The rooftop had a lovely view over several beautiful temples.

Super comfy even in an eight-person dorm as both the walls and curtains gave a lot of privacy. Beds were super comfortable, it was good to have a 7/11 right near by. The café at the ground floor was also great for doing work and had amazing coffee. Pool was nice too, as well as the water-refill station which I used quite a lot.

The breakfast was honestly not worth the money. Not a super social hostel.

great hostel, Good location

It was very dark in the dorm, which I like. Nice beds. The bathrooms were always always always super clean. The swimming pool was amazing with the heat. Enough sunbeds for everyone. I liked the restaurant of the hotel

The hostel is affordable and comfortable.

The place exceeded my expectations despite the room being small but the bed was comfortable and my belongings were safe. The location, though far from the city center in Bangkok, is near Sam Yot MRT and is very safe even during the night time.

I am not sure if there were not much lights or if there were, it was not turned on for the rooftop. It has a good view but it was too dark during the evening.
